Pascaline Ezouah is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Ezouah Consulting, a boutique management consulting firm specializing in cross-sector innovation, operational strategy, and customer-centric transformation. With over a decade of experience spanning startups, global import/export, federal agencies, healthcare systems, and mission-driven ventures, Pascaline brings a rare combination of systems thinking, business acumen, and hands-on execution.
A business transformation leader operating at the intersection of technology, strategy, and scalable impact, she helps organizations unlock the full value of their infrastructure, partnerships, and insights. Her consulting portfolio includes technology commercialization, digital transformation, performance evaluation, and go-to-market strategy—delivering measurable results across verticals and contexts.

Pascaline holds a Master of Public Health from Tulane University and is completing her MBA at Georgia Tech, with concentrations in Operations, Finance, and Technology Commercialization. A published researcher and former NIH scholar, she has led award-winning work in AI strategy, data infrastructure, and systems transformation—earning recognition for her ability to translate complexity into clarity and deliver lasting impact.
Born in Ghana and raised across continents, Pascaline brings a global perspective and entrepreneurial energy to every engagement. Outside of work, she enjoys music, reading, travel, and meaningful time with loved ones.
